We are just minutes southwest of the City of Okanogan on US 97, and just off the North Cascades Highway, SR 20.  All lots are within 5 miles of all necessary businesses and services, from McDonalds to J.C. Penney to Safeway, schools, doctors and a community hospital, yet enjoy the rural feel.

Wenatchee is 88 miles south on US 97.  And we are only 250 miles from Seattle, or 150 miles from Spokane.  The beauty of British Columbia, Canada is just one hour north.
